Sikhlens has spent more than two decades helping Sikh stories reach audiences through documentaries, short films, animation, festivals, and educational programs worldwide. With Seven Days of Redemption, we are taking the next step: producing a feature-length narrative film designed not only for Sikh audiences, but for anyone who connects with a powerful human story.
Seven Days of Redemption is a spiritual fantasy thriller about a troubled man who learns that he has only seven days left to live. Confronted with the consequences of his life, he tries to change his fate through charity and good deeds. But he soon discovers that redemption cannot simply be bought—it comes through compassion, sacrifice, selfless service, and understanding how our actions affect others.
At its heart, the film explores values deeply connected to the Sikh tradition—seva, compassion, equality, selflessness, and responsibility for our actions—without being a conventional religious film. Our goal is to tell an entertaining, visually compelling story whose message can resonate across cultures and generations.
The film will combine cinematic storytelling with fantasy, practical production design, sound, and selective high-quality VFX. Our broader goal is to demonstrate that Sikh-inspired stories and values can move beyond niche audiences and become part of mainstream film and streaming conversations.
We are launching this DVN campaign with a $25,000 goal, with the intention of expanding as we reach milestones. Every contribution will directly support the production—from cast, locations, and cinematography to production design, VFX, editing, sound, and post-production.
Your gift is not simply helping us make another film. It is helping Sikhlens take Sikh-inspired storytelling to a larger global audience—through a story that entertains first, while leaving audiences with something meaningful to carry with them.
