My First Gutka is an app that aims to make Nitnem recollection fun and easy by pairing sing-along tunes with the Bani, so kids can better acquaint themselves with Bani. Donors' donations help in producing a professional studio-quality product.
The demand for this app came organically from parents who wanted to teach their children paat(h) in a way that would captivate their attention.
My First Gutka is an important project to Khalis because it combines both central pillars of our org: education and technology. Also, it taps into a population that is less familiar with Gurbani (children) and provides them with a unique resource.
We have already completed about 80% of the Nitnem Banis with one recording and have had successful production as well as reception from users. Therefore, we are well prepared to finish this project with some help from our donors.
