Sada Vigas Bunga Retreat 2027

Since February 2024, Sadā Vigās Bungā has brought together 50-60 retreaters to Austin, TX to have challenging conversations on the purpose of Sikhi, how to become an engaged community member, and dive deeper into Sikh texts. We have received consistent feedback about how inclusive and warm this space has become, and how excited participants are to keep returning and share the retreat with their own friends.

The retreat also serves as our entry-point for people to keep engaged in gurbani vichars throughout the year and continue asking big questions on how Sikhi can help them live a richer, purposeful life. In order to keep this going, we've decided to partner with Dasvandh Network to ask for support from the Sikh diaspora sangat to help us cover the costs of managing the campsite, coordinating lodging and supplies for retreaters pre- and post-camp, langar and retreat supplies, and other miscellaneous items.

By raising these funds, we will be able to operate the retreat with more capacity and ensure that our facililtators, speakers, and sevadars are receiving adequate support in all of the many facets during that weekend.
