A Day in Punjab 2025 was a great success!
We are so thankful to our community for their attendance and involvement in ADIP. We are thrilled to annouce that more than 2000 people attended this year and we served 1300+ plates of langar! Community members expressed excitement for all the different parts of the event such as stage acts/entertainment, vendors, langar seva, turban tying, Sikh history and photobooth. We are thankful to the community members for their sponsorship and in-kind donations. Sevadar is lucky to be part of the Sikh/Punjabi community where seva is core principle. Local restaurants donated langar, tea and snack to be served to 1500+ people, photographers took photos for 6+ hours, reporters from TV channels visited to highlight the event, a newly opened Punjabi restaurant allowed us to use their Ford tractor for our photobooth (VERY popular), decorators offered their decor to us, our MC became fully immersed in this event, local turban-tying groups tied turbans to visitors and educated them on the value of the turban for the Sikh community, Sikhlens allowed us to showcase a few films during the event... the list just goes on. Our heart is full of gratitude for everyone who contributed to make A Day in Punjab a success! We look forward to continuing to bring more ways to honor, celebrate and cherish our rangla Punjab!
