Prabh Aasra’s Athlete Won Bronze at Special Olympics World Cup, USA
Prabh Aasra proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Mr. Amarjit Singh, a resident of Prabh Aasra, Kurali, who won a Bronze Medal in 3x3 Unified Basketball at the Special Olympics World Cup, held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from 3–8 December 2025.





Following the national selection trials organised by Special Olympics Bharat at Gandhinagar, Gujarat (18–20 September 2025), Amarjit Singh was selected as main player to represent Special Olympics Bharat – Punjab and District Mohali at the international level. This achievement was made possible through the dedicated coaching, tireless efforts, and continuous guidance of our founder and his coach, Bibi Rajinder Kaur Dhindsa, whose hard work played a crucial role in his selection and success.
At the World Cup, Amarjit Singh and his team displayed exceptional skill and determination, securing the Bronze Medal and bringing pride to India and Punjab.



Prabh Aasra organised a warm welcome and felicitation ceremony on 11 December 2025, followed by a press conference to honour his achievement. This success stands as a powerful example of how commitment, guidance, and inclusive support can help individuals with special needs excel on the global stage.
Proud Achievement at the 21st National Deaf Men’s Cricket Championship
Our inhabitant Mr. Kamalpreet Singh participated in the 21st National Deaf Men’s One Day Cricket Championship, organised by the All India Sports Council of the Deaf, held from 26th to 31st December 2025 at Thrissur, Kerala.
Showcasing great dedication and teamwork, his team delivered an excellent performance and won the Silver Medal, making us all proud.


“A New Beginning for Every Little Soul”
On 09/11/2025, a newborn baby girl was safely received at Prabh Aasra Padiala through the cradle service at 07:25 PM, carrying the message “Choose cradle, not foeticide” — a silent yet powerful reminder that every life deserves protection. The 24/7 team acted immediately and informed Bibi Rajinder Kaur Ji, who ensured the infant’s safe transfer to the hospital by ambulance. A medical examination was conducted, and all mandatory legal procedures were initiated by informing the Police Department and the District Child Protection Officer. The child, later named Rehmat Kaur, was given warmth, care, and security, reflecting Prabh Aasra’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding vulnerable lives.

On 21/11/2025 at 03:25 AM, a newborn baby boy was left in the cradle at Prabh Aasra Padiala. The 24/7 staff immediately alerted S. Shamsher Singh Ji and Bibi Rajinder Kaur Ji, who ensured his safe transfer to the warden and arranged a medical checkup. Police and child protection authorities were informed, and the infant, later named Eknoor Singh, was given warmth, care, and protection, reflecting Prabh Aasra’s commitment to every vulnerable life.

After completing medical care, documentation, and all child welfare formalities, Rehmat Kaur & Eknoor Singh was formally handed over to SAA (Swami Ganganand Ji Bhuri Wale) through due legal procedure, ensuring her safety, dignity, and a secure future under authorized guardianship.

On the occasion of Nagar Kirtan’s of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, along with the revered martyrs, on dated 13/11/2025 & 16/11/2025 the Nagar Kirtan departed from Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib and proceeded to Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.
To welcome the Nagar Kirtan, Prabh Aasra served water bottles, tea, biscuits, and pakoras as langar for the Sangat, expressing devotion, seva, and respect on this sacred occasion.
